Administration & Monitoring

Information Management

ProLang’s success comes from the unique monitoring and relationship building approach we maintain with our clients.  When we work with a business whether it is with a small business, mid-corporate or large corporation, we maintain relationships at various levels within the company.

We work with the Human Resources team to keep them up to date with their students’ progress and latest bookings.  Important too is the fact that we provide management information to make sure human resource leaders understand current positions.

We also work with students’ Line Managers to ensure we have the correct renewal authorisations and progress reports in place.

Most importantly we work with our Students to get to know their linguistic requirements through assessments, to provide relevant teaching materials at the right time, to work around their tight schedules and if necessary to organise foreign placements to help speed up their language competence.

Course Monitoring

ProLang recommends that courses for examination preparation are booked for no less than 90 hours divided into 30 hour stages.  However we can take a flexible approach to the number of hours a student has available.

Lessons usually run for one hour and thirty minutes.

ProLang issues a Skills and Proficiency Report at 30 hours and a full Progress Report at 90 hours.

From the initial linguistic skills assessment all the way through the training sessions, tutors record elements of the student’s progress using lesson Record Sheets. This helps Prolang’s course managers to monitor the student’s progress and help to ensure consistency and continuity.

At the end of each lesson, Attendance Sheets are signed by students.

A Company Courses Summary is available in the form requested by each company. This can be a summary of lessons per students, per cost centres, per languages or per types of courses. We are able to supply each client with the training information they require either through our secure corporate log in area on www.pro-lang.com or via email.

Costs

Please contact ProLang to discuss specific individual training requirements.  The initial assessment we carry out is free of charge.  We will be happy to advise on potential course solutions for you and your company.

Invoicing

ProLang sends its invoices at the beginning of the course along with the Booking Confirmation Letter.  Several courses can be itemised in one invoice issued on a monthly basis.

In line with ProLang’s invoicing policy, invoices are payable within 30 days.
